DO NOT USE THIS PLACE!!!! ITS INFESTED W MICE. I HAD MY STUFF THERE FOR BARELY 4 MONTHS. I ONLY HAD HOUSE FURNITURE AND BEDROOM SETS NO FOOD OR ANYTHING LIKE THAT. I WENT TO GO GRAB SOMETHING FROM IT AND THE ENTIRE STORAGE WAS INFESTED W MICE THEY WERE RUNNING AROUND EVERYWHERE I HAD TO THROW MY ENTIRE UNIT AWAY. THERE WAS A DEAD RAT IN MY STUFF AND AS I WALKED AROUND THE UNIT THERE WERE MICE SCURRYING AROUND. THEN WHEN I TOLD THE MANAGER THEY GAVE ME THE NUMBER TO THEIR "INSURANCE" AND MADE A CLAIM BUT CONVENIENTLY THEY DON'T COVER INFESTATION. Super friendly customer service and awesome maintenance man. Very thorough walk-through of everything and made sure we were set. And you can't beat a dollar for the first month with a 10 x 20 unit!

Gate security seems great, office staff friendly and efficient, units appear to be well constructed and newer. I did have a minor issue exiting the gate, as the keypad was not working well in the afternoon high temps., as electronics tend to do. Wish the walls/fences around the facility were a little higher, it seems like 6' isn't going to keep out anyone on foot. Not related to this facility specifically: Having had storage in this local area before, you will want to plan ahead to cover everything, as you will get a fine sandy dust layer. Specifically, upholstery should be covered with moving blankets. Seal your boxes well, and all is good.
